I keep hearing that the 5000 Tower Hours hat reward is still in place. Is this true that only the 1k hat reward has been suspended but the 5k hat is in place? and is the hat list amount up to 50 players for this reward?.

Should be top right of your screen in the forums at all times. Under "Search." It's a scroll down that has an entry field, though I recommend you use the 'advanced search' option in order to single out the subforum you want to investigate... this is also the forum for era/ol west/whatever else...

Wow that's sad. And I thought people learned how to read in kindergarten or grade 1.

To be fair, I'm pretty sure the assumption was made from the first announcement, which only mentioned the 1k reward.
