In my town we trick or treat the day before halloween bc the parade is the next day.
It's a pretty rich area and everyone here has boats so I didn't have to walk too far from my apartment complex to get all my candy, and my burger backpack (was running out of space in jansport) was getting so full I started some of my giving candy out to little kids we passed by.

After I organized. Still shocked this a,axing lady gave me a handful of kit Kats, and then the next house gave us a handful of assorted candy. We ended up hiding under their porch for like 5-10 min after because it started pouring rain and I broke my other pair of flip flops, and broke another earlier when I was walking and my friend jumped on my back. -__-

Halloween is barely celebrated in the netherlands.
Also, isn't trick or treating only supposed to be for kids?

Some still trick or treat. Others have costume parties.

I never liked Trick or Treating, I just wait until all the halloween candy is on sale in stores then buy it

I use to just find the streets that handed out the best candy and then I'd switch costumes and do it over and over, most of my costumes just consisted of a mask and nothing more because when you're a kid people won't really judge you and everyone knows its just for candy

But I'm glad there doesn't seem to be any Harley Quinn costumes here, every Halloween party I've went to this week was just girls wearing some sort of cat ears/bunny ears and like no clothes besides a skimpy outfit but I'm a dude tho so can't complain

Not a fan of trick or treating
walking for candy seems like too much work I rather just watch something at home or go to a party with friends

Where i live, people do not celebrate Halloween :(
