Horse Rental Quest

There's this horse rental place next to the Horse Stable near Nexus.
Where can I find the horse? Is it around there or is it far?

It's in random places. Just look around, it'll stay in the same area.

I still haven't finished this quest. I went to every corner of the map and didn't find the damned horse. I must have missed some niche somewhere or possibly overestimated the range of the flute.

It doesn't move around, I haven't done it either and I see the horse in the same area every time I go through. It's the cheap brown horse, and it has white on its back.

The horse rental is in york town, i think it costs 1000 gralat per ride

Mine hangs out on the cliff beside graal city gate. quite humorous to see it racing around when I have 5 bushes eaten on my own horse.
