Closing bases(Add a new x2 base) "Less hours in a day"
 

First off congrats on fixing the over allying/peace issue that made this game boring. I was just thinking, in addition to this idea, that it would be interesting to add a new aspect into this game to compensate for the loss of daily total hours that any individual gang could possibly get. What if we made a base that would be the center of all the war of west?(I'll get to how this would increase daily hours in a bit) By creating, along with the rotation of closing bases, a base that receives double hours(and perhaps double gp). This base could rotate to one of the remaining three bases that aren't closed, or we could make an entirely new base that doesn't close that is very difficult to defend and is somewhat centralized on the map. I personally think this would be a pker's/the superior gang's dream of a base and would truthfully define the owner as the greatest gang of west. In addition as to setting in stone the superior gang this would also help to nurture new gangs as the other three basses would not be as sought after by great gangs and pkers that would trash them before they could get started. I'm open to any suggestions/additions on this idea I personally think it's a win win for all basers of west both new and old.
