If I were to create a guild and it needed a logo, could I use this .gif?

Ya if u upload it in pc graal and the image must be smaller and must be 128kb below , if it wont show up try typing the image's name

well your gif is 2.2mb; good luck getting it down to 128kb without looking like a potato.
