I do. I block then report them. But sadly they either get a new account and start harassing me or they just start stalking/humping me :/

Don't do it for cookies. You will be disappointed. I have reported hundreds of these weirdos and gotten maybe 6 cookies total. Some admins don't even get to give cookies, I think?

It's a constant cycle of new accounts. The same idiots do this again and again... they get banned, grab a new email, make a new account, and do it again ten minutes later.
