Account issue
 
Well, I decided to open a thread here regarding my issue since

a) apparently this turned into an official forum
b) I can not send in any support ticket (explanation following)
c) 95% of the admins I PM'd ingame ignored me or replied with "sup" only (and ignored me afterwards)
d) the other 5% unfortunately don't know any solution
e) my email I've sent has been ignored aswell

I still have access to my account however whenever I want to revoke or add access to my account I don't get any email to verify - yes I checked the junk/spam folder aswell. I wanted to send in a ticket but I don't receive an email to activiate my account either. Tried to email [email protected] - no response either.

I can only guess that my account has been messed up since I used the same email to create a graal PC account (the problem started since I've had a pc account approximately).

I hope any (staff) member can finally help me out.

I think your not the only person receiving this kind of problem, I as well as had some problems as well that toonslab does not seem to respond to or help fix, Biggest being I do not get messages from uploaded things, for instance if I wanted to upload a body, I'll upload it but I'll never get the Graal message that it is uploaded, I get it in my PMs, However if I click on it just to see if there is transparency problems or ECT, it will never load hence never able to see it, Even people on my account like my gf cannot get it either, Along with other small issues like how I keep animation effects/for settings unchecked in my settings and some reason just mine will start doing the animation effect?

I heard of other people having problems as well, All related to not getting a message from some Graal server/email/ECT as well so you aren't the only one.

I do agree with this part of your post. Since 2006, I never got a reply nor heard that someone got a respond from toonslab. The only fixes they seem to do is unbanning players if they had a false ban. To be honest, i'm not even sure if toonslab useres are the ones who are unbanning players after having a false ban/missed understood ban. I mean a lot of players issues requires the admins to write at least a single reply, so they're able of gaining more information about the issue. The last thing I'do when I experience a problem, is sending a ticket to toonslab.

They gotten very bad at responding to tickets ever since the incident last year on March and they made the ticket system kinda shady not gonna lie, Before you had the website tell you if it was read, if it was being reviewed, Now it is all done by email and you will never know if they will respond or if they seen it, It has been somewhat a lazy system ever since that incident, They could at least reply with they can't help, Even with very serious matters they never reply, or even money issues, They tell you to leave a receipt of the purchase but you can't exactly do that on the web anymore and show them, And if you send it by email they just ignore, who would've thonked it
