I sent a toonslab support ticket in febuary about a bugged purchase which I did not receive gralats for and I still havent gotten a response

I'm sure if you send them an email with the receipt they will reply within a week max depending how busy they are.
I find it hard to believe that they don't reply to stuff like this as I've emailed them countless times before and I've always had a reply , slowest being a week and fasterst being 2 days

I sent like 6 tickets and they have never answered my prayers. I know, some admin keep banning me for no reason cause im not doing anything.

Toonslab never and will never reply, i'm not sure if they read our tickets either. Last year something happened to me on graal, I sent them at least 3 tickets and they still didn't reply or bothered to help out. But, since the GP team is so confident in their toonslab to a level they tell you to contact toonslab for ban appeals, account issues and.. then I assume this type of support (toonslab) will only read your tickets and help out using the information you provided to them in the ticket. However, if your problem requires them to reply then your issue won't be fixed because toonslab will not reply.

I don't think they are supposed to give you grants anyways.

The main support staff member is probably backlogged. Being in jail for assaulting and stalking your girlfriend does that.
