Black Screen
 

If I try logging in from my laptop, the loading bar along with the old screenshots appear, but instead of loading the map screen where you hit "Enter" or whatever, the screen turns black. I tried logging in on my browser through Facebook and http://classic.graalonline.com/ and I also tried logging on through Facebook Gameroom. Any ideas for a workaround or how to fix it?

Note: Works fine on my phone, and I was able to get onto Era through FB

Are you using google chrom? Anyways Try a different browser

edge and firefox dont work either

Repair your net connection.
Delete your cache/current history.
Defragment your hard drive.
Wait for any inclement weather overhead to pass.
Try again.

Pretty sure chrome and firefox run off a similar server or something along those lines, I know that opera is completely different.

After tapping on the screen for a bit, the tiles and nicks of players load. That's pretty much it.

Are you using the standard internet browser and firefox won't work either?

I might have a slightly reckless idea but it may work.

click the settings gear<advanced options<reset. This is what can be done to get a new account if you're banned on pc as well.

i'm not banned 0.0 i just can't log into Classic from any pc for some reason regardless of whether it's my account or an unidentified one

Have you checked that your Adobe Flash Player is updated to the latest version?

I used to have a similar issue, and updating fixed it for me.

Omg I play on facebook gameroom and my screen got black too

After I updated flash, I was able to play again through my browser. id imagine if we had the same problem, you'd be able to play on Gameroom again
