Question regarding Emails
 
Hey there. Years ago I had a classic account with a lot of rare and valuable hats and morphs, but I totally stopped playing and the email I have no longer works. I've tried doing support tickets and contacting gmail but support won't answer and gmail can't "verify my identity" even though the account is 100% mine. I still have my old, 2nd gen ipod touch with the account on it but playing on that isn't something I'd prefer to do.

Anyone know any ways to get my account back or who to contact with my predicament?

I had the same problem, but think all you have to do is set up a backup email.

Contact toonslab (address in your feedback menu in-game) with the player id there. Request an email change. Wait.

Holy crap balls! I thought i was the only one! Ive been waiting since 2016 for any response from toonslab. My main acc with my beloved fat pig mount from a few years back and some varied hats is on it. Good luck to you man. Please tell us if you find a fix that works.

Weird! I stopped playing for several years and I've never had a problem. Message me your email and password. I can verify what's happening with you account =_=. I also have many accounts.

Para resolver tu problema simplemente necesitaras contactar con toonslab desde el correo afectado y solicitar un cambio de correo electrónico, tendrás que mencionar una cuenta existente tuya que no tenga ninguna vinculación con alguna partida de graal y tambien la ID jugador de la misma cuenta de graal. Si no conoces o no recuerdas la ID no estoy seguro si puedes pedirla por este metodo, pero vale la pena intentarlo. Yo he cambiado 3 veces el correo de mi cuenta y si ha funcionado en solo este año. Para los que aun no les funciona recomiendo reenviar su tiquete y esperar.
