How do I get unbanned?
 

I was banned by unixmad a good 2 years ago for refunding a purchase. My email was changed to "0" and I have no way of getting the account back. I have proof the account is mine. I'd just like to play again. Anyone know how I would go of doing this?

And how can I log in with an email that is tied to the account but no longer exists?
