Advanced Furniture Ideas
 
Advanced Furniture Ideas


The new castle furniture revolutionized farming, player-made dungeons, player-made events, and other house creations. I made a list of a few new advanced furniture ideas I came up with while taking a shower.
Baddy Spawner
A baddy spawner would give players the ability to make custom dungeons in their houses or guild houses. There could be a spawner sold for each different type of baddy. They would have the options to change how often the baddies spawn,
and how many spawn at a given time.


Player Sensors
Whenever a player is near the player sensor, it would activate any conveyor belts/barriers assigned to the same color. It would have an option to only sense yourself, your friends, your spouse, or your guild members.

Mount Sensosr
Similar to the player sensors, mount sensors would activate conveyor belts/barriers of the same color whenever a mount is near.
This could be useful if players want to create mount races inside their house or guild house.


Flag Switch
A flag switch would be exactly like a flag from the tower. However, instead of showing your guild tag when it reaches zero, it would activate any conveyor belts/switches of the same color. These could be used to practice towering tactics,
create unique mini games, or to open a barrier in a custom dungeon.


Ice Blocks
Ice blocks would work exactly like the ones in Box Fort. They would spawn from a certain point, and respawn every so often after being broken, similar to the vases.

Ice Tiles
Ice Tiles would work similar to the tiles found in the event, Ice Race. Whenever a player is standing on top of them, they will start to slip around. These could be used to create unique bush races, mount races, or mazes.

I'd really love to see this. What about arrow only switches or even levers? I hope dusty or coco comment on this. However, the baddy spawner could lag the server real bad, allowing people buy "toy" baddies that reform after and have a cap for each player would be more suitable

Hundreds of ideas in that thread. Some of them have been implemented. Can't tell if you've got a case of advanced chronic sarcasm or are actually thankful...

So just because that thread had hundreds of ideas in it, we can't make another one to add more ideas? Your logic makes total sense.

That's exactly what he is saying, ye' stupid ****. You can add the ideas in a thread that already exists instead of wasting time and space. You needn't glorify these little ideas in a new thread but may instead add them in the above thread 4-Lom mentioned, because that would be logic; not your pitiful excuse to gripe of not doing so for the sake of not doing so, if you're wise enough to understand that.

There is a thread of ideas. It would be logical to add them there, no?

That thread was closed, meaning you can't post in it, but I wanted to bring the content here so that the effort people made coming up with concepts was not left behind and, potentially, used as inspiration for new ideas. Unlike what Rubize assumed, I was trying to add value to this thread, not derail it. Back to your scheduled programming...

Highly doubt anymore advances furniture would be added for a while aince player houses already cause so much lag to the server already.

More importantly, we need to move on

Worth mentioning that i got to suggest some of the castle advanced furni to dusty in pms (pretty sure i wasn't the only one) and it got into the game
