Hey what's the green thingy on your profile? There's like clear circles/white colored circles on some and others have green colored circles on their profile. What is that?

The one attached to the profile pic is an indicator wether someones is online(green) or offline(gray).

The little row of circles below that is the new reputation bar which currently has 3 stages from dark green to light green.
