Gralat Pack 3 :((
 
:( i have bought a gralat pack 3 and i did not get it when i feed back it they say they cant do anything so i tryed to c and bought another and i didnt get it fix the glitch wasted 20$ on this game

fwd the receipt to [email protected]

include your nickname and make sure that you have the same email set in your account as the email you're sending from.

i only get monthly receipts from itunes though!

Have to forward the receipt to [email protected] or [email protected]. He's the only person that can get you what you need.

I'd recommend xor@graalonline as he handles these situations. Not the classic email, well, at least that's how we do it on iEra.

This exact thing happened to me last night, except with Gralat pack 2. (spent $6 and received no gralats).

What specific subject line should I use after I receive my iTunes receipt? "Attn Xor: Gralat pack purchase"?

I would recommmend it to, a while back my friend had the same problem and he sent the recepit to xor@graalonline and the problem was fixed in under 24 hours. just be sure to include your full in game name and the same email that is in your account and obviously your recipt of the purchase.

Both [email protected] and [email protected] work. It goes to the same person. x_x.

Just the email is enough. You should send your account ID aswell (not required but might speed up stuff). The nickname is not important. They will find you anyway.

Technically, nobody should know their account ID :).

Sure itīs save not to tell them to players, but I thought before transfers are done there will be taken a look into the IP log o.o
