The removal of the Castle guild fort was a good decision. Fewer towers also create more competition. If anyone towers they know that the more contested a tower is, the more people show up. The smaller the number of forts, the better.

I apologize for the slight derailment, here. I needed to help justify the removal of Castle.

Yeah well thats what the creation of the Baddy King's Castle as a guild fort would be then. Anyways, Guild Rewards System Removed Unnecessarily Now we have no competition for it. Don't argue over that statement because it just makes it harder to have members now without something to "force" them to be motivated. No custom hats?

I do not have proof to show, unfortunately. But I've been told by others that the removal of towering rewards was done because there was too many entering the game.

I firmly believe the best option would have been to remove 1k rewards and keep the 5k and 10k rewards. Those require a much larger amount of time to grasp and only keeping them around would not steamroll the towering community like the actual change did.
As much as I love to tower, not having an incentive for defending a tower makes the experience less fun. Even if people tower just out of the fun of it, much like I do, one still experiences a feeling of "what am I doing this for?"

The guild I'm currently in at the moment they tower for the purpose of wanting to own it, but even that has it's flaws, they really shouldn't of removed it
Maybe add in some other rewards for towering along with hats.

I agree with this, but maybe replace the 1k hat reward and have it be something like 2.5k hours.

There is tons of threads that has posts from developers justifying the reasons why the reward system for towering was removed and what was supposed to replace it. It’s not because “too many people are entering the game”. I’m too lazy to shortcut the reasons the developers listed in graalians forums.
There will be no 1k/5k/10k hours hat in the future or any other reward system that will give a special player-made hat depending on the guild hours.
NGS was supposed to cover a new reward system that contains “guild shop” that we have no information on.
Admins said they failed to complete the NGS on time which made higher-staff admins to postpone the NGS abd focus on other factors of the game till another time.
They don’t want any reward guild system for the mean time because we gave them a lot of realistic/reasonable suggestions but they all got ignored which suggest they’re not interested on working to create the NGS/reward system.

We keep talking about a NGS but has a developer actually come out and stated that the NGS is no longer on the priority list? Or any list of additions?

the sad truth is they just can't be arsed dealing with a new system, or maintaining the old one(although I don't see why that would be hard).
The focus now is entirely on cosmetics and pumping out as many overpriced hats and accessories as possible because people are willing to spend lots of money on them. The game takes advantage of that and will continue to do so as long as people play the game and buy all their crap
The competitive aspects of this game are no longer relevant and I'm pretty sure they only host gst to stop a mass of complaints from the usual participants and because they only have to get their arses in gear every 3 months to actually regulate it.

Unfortunately your ideas will fall on deaf ears, your ideas won't make them money, and it means an effort on the developers/admins part. Good luck with that

It will just come in about 5 years. Maybe 5 hours if we drug them with motivation and put a crap ton of red bull on the table

Looks cool.
I assume the guild roster won’t contain the same 50/25 members throughout the guild journey which means recruiting is still kinda open. Otherwise banning players will be a useless feature.
The most appropriate situation would be the leads not being capable of spam recruiting but at the same time, members can be replaced regularly. Which I assume this is what you guys are aiming for?
