I wasn’t goin o make this post but I have to defend myself from accusations. A user on this forum spread misinformation about the carnival which in fact did proceed to open.

And it was proven that once the balloons were sold so the required funds were raised and if everyone just waited... he carnival would open! A promised. No scam. Fake news. Sad.

There was no offer of warranty. I will check through my ledger and see your transaction dates to see if we can cover any issues with a good-faith return customer waiver. No promises though... such a thing is rare and is difficult to qualify.
