Scamming of In-game items
 

So today, this guy was buying food. I bargained with him and made a deal...it was with food. I had asked an admin if he/she could watch over the trade without us being able to see. Now not knowing of she/he did or not...I commenced with the trade, I put one food beforehand to establish trust...then I said I will place two more (as agreed) if he started giving the gralats...then he said "Do rps to see who goes first". I agreed reluctantly...and he ended up winning 2-1...so I went first. I placed the two...and I told him to open the fence...he kicked me and proceeded to block me.

Now, I went to the admin to ask if he/she could do anything...and the reason why...is before I even started the trade...I went to the Kiosk for rules...and here are the rules regarding Scamming

Scamming: Not holding up your side of the bargain.Trading, sharing, or selling accounts or **IN GAME** Items and services is always considered scamming.


Now I told the admin that this was in the kiosk...and he/she said that he/she could do nothing. Now at the moment I do not understand why considering rules state the scammer is breaking the rules of the game which of course is ban worthy.
If not, could someone enlighten me on such subject?

And no, staff cannot help you because you are responsible for any trading of goods in game.

Let me guess, You asked Milo for help didn't you? That would probably be your first mistake.

Secondly they should've been banned, because it is as stated in the rules, Scamming is a reason why you can be banned. Regardless of whoever is responsible for whatever that is supposed to mean, It's still a bannable offense. But they wouldn't be able to recover your lost goods i imagine.

Personal message me what 2 foods you gave him and I'll look around and try and get those food items for you.

Also don't worry about the food man.

What do you expect?
If your in the food business there's always going to be scammers.
I've done lots of food selling and buying.
An yes its a always a little sad to see someone scam me :/
But you have to just block them and move on.
There's lots of good trust worthy customers in graal :)
