Friends Been Upload Banned For A Year
 

Like in the title my friend has been upload banned, she was being persistent and uploading an anime head that was removed from her account and told not to upload again, she wasn't being very smart at the time and told the admin she would upload it again. It's been a year since then and she's realized even though some people get away with using copyright anime heads that doesn't always work. She has sent in multiple repeals over time and I'm curious if there is any way she can be un-upload banned.
