GST Museum Help
 

(As a preface, I don't know if this is the correct spot to post this. New to any use of a forum, sorry)

Over the past few months I have been building a GST Museum in my house. In lurking through the forums for some time, I know many of you here have previously helped me in the form of giving information and/or donating a hat(s) (and for those of you, thank you so much; I wouldn't have been able to get this far without you!). I'm posting this here as a last resort in trying to tie up the loose ends.

I have attached a link to a googlesheets document that has the information of all the First Place GST teams since 2011. There are some discrepancies between MoD Library and Graal's FB page about who won some tournaments (most notably GST 2011 as well as Winter 2013/2014). In talking with some of you, I have made a list of what I think are the correct winning teams. I was not around for the first few years of the tournaments and have never been an active member in the GST community, so I am not 100% sure if I am correct. If somebody can go through this and verify/correct me I would greatly appreciate it. The document is open for anybody to edit.

Secondly, I am having trouble tracking down my final 10 First Place hats. If you have one of these hats, would you mind please donating it? Or if you happen to know someone with any of these hats that is still active, can you please inform me? I have attached two pictures below of the current state of the hat museum.

What I am missing:
2011 Mobile:
Spring/June: Memento Mori
Summer II: Prodigious
Fall: Take Care
2011 Mixed:
Spring/June: US
Fall: Demigod
Winter: US
2013 Mixed:
Summer: US
2014 Mobile:
Winter: Alumni
Summer: Alumni
2016 Mixed:
Fall: Holy

Information of what I have about these hats:
Memento Mori: To my understanding the core is inactive, but I am unsure about the
subs.

Prodigious: Leader of this guild comes online from time to time, but have been
unsuccessful in trying to communicate with him.

Take Care & Demigod: Guild doesn't show up in guild search.

US (All From Above): Not sure at all who has these hats

Alumni: To my understanding Sarah, Abood, Hazo, and Junior have these hats. First
three are inactive and have not been able to establish a rapport with Junior.

Holy: Brett told me he has the hat but is not sure of what it looks like anymore.
Also do not know who else has this hat.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated! It's been a fun journey documenting this history, and thank you so much to the GST community for being friendly and helping me out. I am sorry if I am copying someone else's idea/museum. I tried looking to see if anybody has previously done this and my results came up dry. Thank you all in advance!

I have most of the US mixed hats (don't have the propeller cap or koopa shell wings).

Thanks for the response Crono :) You're actually the one that donated the Mixed US hats that I have from a few months back. Unless you accidentally skipped over a hat, I think I have all the ones you have.

Who better than Darkk (knows every hit every player had in every GST) to update the GST libary?

iClassic needs to take a page from these player made museums/library and make an official one

100%, I would love to see an official complete GST library; at the very least an update to MoD Library. Information is getting harder to come by as the years progress.

Pretty sure Thallen's website had the members of each winning team and a top 10 GST core wins leaderboard. Would be nice if the admins added this into the BA, not like they care about the competitive side of the game. Profiting off the hideous hats sold in the snowtown hat bazar and altering swimming animations is clearly priority #1

I remember seeing a post about Thallen's website awhile ago on here, but when I tried the link it didn't go anywhere. Is the website still up? Or is it a problem on my end?

And for real, would like to see some progress made to the towering/gst side of graal...just a few more years, right? lol

iClassic messed up by not taking advantage of Thall’s obsession with graal. At worst they could have given him the access to graal wiki to maintain the history of iClassic. Pretty sure like Comet2.0 that he has 90% of what happened in the server written down somewhere.
