The grass doesn't tile and the car is at a different perspective to everything else which makes it look out of place..

Do you play era, or just classic?

Try to use 32x32 tiles for the street and for the grass. Also I´m not such a big fan of the grass style (probably it´s because I mostly play iClassic) but else great job.

all of the cars only have one sprite so no matter what, the cars are going to look exactly like that.....

The gun Holigan is holding looks really big to me. Than again just might be me.
