Need editors for iGraalClassic Wiki
 

Title explains much i'm looking for. The staff i've picked so far is mostly Voyage. We have finished many pages on different aspects of tower taking, guilds, mounts, and food. We can cover many convinient topics, but it could help if anyone was willing/wanting to make a few pages. We could also use help more desperately on more specialized topics such as sparring, famous guild bio's. (same for staff members).. anything really you think you can contribute. We're hoping to make this a good sucess and will post our finished project on graalians.com and spread it on the server. If you dont want an account on the wiki but if you have a BIO you want to type me or somthing i'd love to put it in the wiki. You can even BIO yourself.

I spend a lot of time editing graal.net and I'd love to help out. I've been interested in a wiki project like this for a while. I currently have the rights to graalians.wikia.com if you wanted to look at that. Maybe we could continue with that and try to create a reliable source of information for all servers?

Im using Wikispaces, so no im not using wikia. lol. I have been working most of my day on this wiki and I plan too tongiht and through tommorow... my weekend got tornadoed out :(...

When you look at the wiki you will see alot of basic information. As a baseline I have included stuff such as inventory items, furniture, towers, and sparring. By sometime tommorow (Check back, please) I will finish the tower wiki and finish all the furniture wiki (including the links to every specific furniture with pictures and a description).

I'm looking for anyone who has holiday/rare items/furniture as i'll be needing wiki's on thoes too. Take a look at what me and my neighbor started on, by the end of the week im planning to have all of the current pages done, a sparring guide and wiki done, and have a somewhat completed chain of wikis towards buildings and NPC locations.

If you guys want to help we could use wiki's on practically anything that isnt already there. Anything on classic, making pages to link on paragraph links, leveling, scripting, graphics, anything at all. Make an account on this Wiki (with your graal name) and then I can accept you and give you publishing rights.

Before you read this: I'm not trying to be rude, I'm showing what I gathered from my look at the site. I'm not just bashing on the site either, I will offer CC.

I read the towers section. Redundant, biased, opinionated, incorrect, poorly written in general. The style of writing is more suited to a guide, rather than a factual source. The items section list is okay (clearly incomplete) but the sentences at the top should be changed. The farming section is worse than the towers section, with more opinionated or incorrect information. Also, I've never heard anyone refer to a "lag-machine" before, and where did you get those figures of 60-80% from?

I'll come back with some CC later, I might even help you guys out, but right now I have an essay to attend to.

lol IK it is. Thats like 1/6 of the page is going to be when its done and the guide is going to the very bottom. (guides for pk then guides for take, and im trying to list it as common strategies seen to make it not seem biased. Im going to be doing time test's comparing how long it takes to heal in a dw bed compared to dying and respawning, map how to get to each tower, ect ect ect. The main reason i dident want to post it is because it's very ****** and i dont want anyone getting the wrong idea

I would absolutely love to help, I've wanted to make a wiki for a long time. My username is ClassicMrSimons. I can help with inventory and furniture.

It's not that I've "got the wrong idea", it's that it's put together awfully at the moment. I suggest looking at other wikis, and finding a wiki on a subject you're knowledgable on, and helping edit that one until you have a grasp of the language used in writing wiki pages.
