Another one of those old ideas...
*Disclaimer: I already know this idea has been asked before and it is not an original idea I do not take any credit for this idea. I am only trying to push the idea in hopes of a better gameplay experience*
I know I'm probably coming from a biased stand point as I've only won only about 4 events. But what about those players like me who want to somehow earn an item for a specific task besides being the first one in an event. Not just selling the item for a purely gralats. I feel like there should be some sort of system just like mining that promotes gaining more and more experience to better themselves above other players in the game. I know this isn't some runescape or whatever you guys call it type of a game, but what about quests and missions that actually give you the ability to earn a specific item. I'm not talking about easy quests, but quests that have medium to hard objectives. Such as getting a certain amount of kills in a specific time or gathering resources to build something or something that mixes what has been already implemented in the game. Just something that promotes a sense of achievement within the game besides being first in a race or being first in answering a question. What about those who fall in the middle of all those events?
Bleh now I'm starting sound like some politician trying to promote the middle class. Feel free to post your thoughts and ideas. Knowing most of you are probably game savy people to actually read the forums for a better gameplay experience.
Edit: As for the company maybe implement some sort of IAP or something else that some what promotes purchasing of your product. Within the system do you don't lose on profits.
