Too much custom upload rules/expectations
 

i recently uploaded a head, which i spent quite ALOT of my spare time on, only for it to be declined for having "images acting as hats". It was quite a while untill figured out really wtf was wrong with my upload. The first admin that declined my head was Julius, i sent him 3 PMs..the first 2 got sent,on the 3rd i received the Friends only on Pop up. Around this time i was desperate for answers & was kinda pissed so the PM i sent to the 2nd admin MIGHT'VE included profanity resulting him to block me, he was ignoring me anyway. Finally Flo declined my upload but specifically pointed out which part of my head broke a rule. he just told me that any type of hat isnt allowed & reffered me to the custom upload website.

Heads: Please don't upload heads which include hats (and no sunglasses or bandanas)
Visual Effects: No invisible, hard to see or half transparant images.
at first i was like wtf, i spent 12.57 of my $20 itunes card, bought a $60 photo editing product & spent ALOT of time(im an amateur in GFX so i really made sure that the head was on a suitable quality since it was made from scratch) only for it to be declined. BTW the "hat" was made by me, it wasnt a hat from the game that i just copy & pasted. When i read the rules for uploading images i thought it meant hats that are from the game which have been just copy & pasted to a head. Anyone else agree that its too much for $20?
they should atleast consider lowering the price for uploads since some of these hats,glasses,bandanas etc are made from scratch

Considering back in the day such a service would be provided for free.
$20 for anything Graal Online related is too much :D

You don't need to upload a custom, and they have the rules for a reason, imagine someone putting some rare hat o their head, and staff shouldn't have to waste their time finding out whether the hat has been uploaded to the game or not.

I agree with the pricings being too much, but your talking about a company that likes to squeeze every penny out of you :P no offence to them though, they made an awesome game.

But yeah rules are rules bro, sorry that you wasted time and money.

No it's not, i honestly hope you don't believe staff added uploads so they could hire staff to page through them.

Graal is about creativity in many ways. Why limit heads so harshly? You're already charging way too much for it, so just give the players a break.

Are you all kidding... first of when you upload a head you can read the rules "NO HATS ON HEADS" so if you failed to read that dont complain about it. BTW its common since to know ALL types of hats arent allowed. Hats are the #1 thing in graal to express your experience and associations. The thought of it being "O.K" to upload a hat on a head is ridiculous. It would ruin the whole bread money for stephan.

the prices are rediculous, ive tried to talk to stefan about it but he just ignores me.
cut the players some slack, its a game about customization, why do i have to waste like 10 bucks just to get my own work added?

its just plain crazy, id perfer if uploads took a week but they were free, they just need to hire more uploaders or hire one like lollipop, she buckled down and spent like hours uploading stuff to get the inbox down to normal.

30 minutes or less, or the head is free!
