I would ask the actual creator of the hat for permission to edit it, otherwise you are stealing which is an offence.

There's nothing illegal about using it, but it is polite to ask permission.

You mostly find every little head, body, shield, hats, and anything in the graal folder.

Its something different if you just give credits to yourself or if you change something and give credits aswell to the other person aswell.
