Hi. I recently bought the gralat pack 3 a few days ago with money I got for my birthday. I think this might have happened to a few other people, but it says that I have succesfully bought it but it doesn't give me the gralats. It just scammed me for $10. If I knew this wasn't gonna work, I wouldn't of bought the gralat pack. Is there anyway that you could give me the 27500 gralats in game manually? Or not?

If you can, you should check my buying history if there is a way. You will see, the only thing I bought in the past like month was a revive for 2 days. -.-

If you can't get the gralats back, you can contact iTunes support and they'll give you your iTunes money back (If you follow the procedure carefully).

You would be better in contacting Graal staff since iTunes would probably have to get in contact with them aswell.

iTunes contacted me 10 hours after I filled out the form. The first response he sent me said that he had refunded the iTunes credits, and that it would take effect within several business days. He actually kept bugging me, sending several followup emails making sure it had been resolved, several days later.

Yea but I guess it was lagging or something because I didn't get a receipt emailed to me...

Just file in a lawsuit ;)

This has happened to me before, the cause of this is mainly lag, just buy it again and itll say pay 10.49 or whatever it is and youll get the one you bought before and WONT be charged double.

Yea but It took away the money for me on itunes...

And Gamelova, its not worth it to lawsuit it over just 10 dollars..
