Account Transfer Help
 

Since a lot of you all need account transfers from time to time I figured that I would make a thread where you can leave me your basic info and I can try to hook you up with an account transfer. I will also include a few tips that you should do to make it easier for us when we are trying to do the transfer.

Things to know before you transfer.
-We only can transfer accounts (not weapons, items, ect.)
-If we find out that you are attempting to steal an account, there will be consequences.
-*NOTE* We can't transfer the accounts if one of the devices is jailbroken so either don't jail break your device or restore it.

Requirements for a transfer
3 out of the following 4 things have to match on both of the accounts

-The emails set on the accounts
-The gender and country on the accounts
-The Game Center ID on the accounts
-The IP Adress (counts as 2 matching)

*NOTE* Either the Game Center ID or the IP adress must match or we can't do the transfer. If for some reason you don't have Game Center on one of the devices then you must have a matching IP. Or, if you don't have matching IP's then you must have matching Game Center ID's. There may be some special cases to this so you may be able to send an email to [email protected] or [email protected] if you are unable to meet either of these 2 requirements due to your circumstances.

What to do for a transfer
If you need a transfer please leave a comment below with the exact name of your old account and the exact name of the new account that you want everything transfered to. Also If you do have the pc ID of the account's it may make it easier on staff to locate the accounts for the transfer so you can post that as well.
Other Staff members are more then welcome to transfer accounts from this thread. The only thing that I ask of you is that if you transfer an account from this thread that you quote the persons' post and leave a comment like "transfered" or something along those lines (so I don't try transfering the account later on)

^ Is what comes up in RC when we try to transfer an account which is on a jail broken device.

We actually cannot transfer accounts on a jail-broken device, it doesn't allow us, I've encountered some players who wanted a transfer recently and they had jail-broken devices and they wouldn't restore... :(

Nice thread. Just i was wondering. If you lose an account but you want to transfer it to another one (since you lost the first one). How can you do? Because you can't log the 2nd account so you can't prove same wifi IP/game center IP :0

I just realised that you missed out a vital point. That Account Transfers are a privilege, not a custom feature that allows everyone to transfer at their own free will. Staff on both iPhone Servers can choose to decline users of transfers if they have a bad track record with their ban history and havent shown any change or if the player is rude/impatient. Many still think it is a custom that is there to be used if needed, it is a privilege .

But there are exploits. Someone could easily fake their jailbreak on graal. Someone even passed the UDID filter.

That's true, but why would you want to fake a jailbreak? As far as glitches and loop-holes go, if we're aware of any new ones we try to make sure that the development staff know about it so it can be patched.

Should add that we don't transfer accounts between two different people. I know you stated that we punish someone who attempts to transfer another player's account, ie. stealing, but that isn't always the case. Sometimes the second player agrees to give his account to the player requesting the transfer (giving permission to transfer his account), so it isn't classified as stealing. We don't do these types of transfers, regardless if the other player agrees. The reason is mainly because it violates the rules of Graalonline.com, also we cannot verify whether or not the players are selling the account to the other player (for real money etc), which is also a violation of the Graalonline rules. So we don't do it, period. Those of who that attempted to transfer accounts between two different players, while claiming they own both accounts, have been blacklisted from account transfers.

If you log in with one account on a wifi it's tied to it and has it within the logs. As long as you're using the same wifi/Internet source losing one shouldn't matter. If it is a case as to where prs can't do it ask jatz or email snk
