Head Issue
 

My boyfriend's head got refunded without any gralat compensation- he didn't get any message whatsoever about why. I made and uploaded the head for him like 3-4 months ago, there was never a problem o-o He's been asking around but nobody's responding. I'm pretty confused as to why this happened, because this head has no hats or glasses, and I don't know how on earth a regular blonde head could be copyright xD

There's no reason for it to get refunded. It doesn't break any rules from what I can see in the front view. Usually when a head gets refunded you should get a message from the staff. When I got my Ichigo Hollow head refunded I got a message telling me so. So it's not in his inventory at all?

Apparently they don't need a reason to refund. I've got wasted a well 300k worth of customs.

I spoke to Yephen about it. Apparently it is most likely hacked but I doubt that. This also happened to my friend Enzo Valentine without refund or notification?! Lykke simply said that a staff member had deleted the graphic, possibly with no reason. I guess RC logs could be checked but other than that the file is pretty much untraceable.

I see :\ Wow... Luckily he told me he messaged Xor and he got refunded 20,000. His head is re-uploaded now and hopefully this doesn't happen again

It's a good news that he got his refunding money back :).
I had a same issue too.I just went offline for few hours , when I came back I see my head as noob head I go to head selection and I don't see my custom head anymore >_<.
I was really upset because I don't have the template of the head anymore(deleted).
I asked my friend if they know whats going on or if they had a same issue , this is what they said.

+lag maybe come back in few days.
+deleted by admins of some kind of purpose.
+hacked and te hacker has refunded the head.

The 1st one might been have possible but it haven't come back since Feburary ...
The 2nd same thing I didn't have any glasses , hats , or ethier any cope rights not possible
The 3rd one is the most possible thing I can think of but if the hacker has refunded my head 10,000 gralat should have been added to my gralats but when I checked it my gralat was 5436 so ethier the hacker used my money or ... I don't know...

Oh well gone head is gone .
But I still wonder what happened to my head.

this happened to me except some guy named nath informed me and i never got a refund :(
