listen im putting this out here before whoever made it does, but i have nothing to do with it, and id like to tell everyone that this is off,

not all a staff are bad, a majority have good intentions, dont blame or attack them, its Stefan and Unixmad making those big decisions, and staff wont go against them, and attacking staff and annoying them wont make Stefan do anything. thats just the facts, you can draw your own opinions,

EKiM had a gang named that, I was in it. Probably him or some other leader.

This is stupid the fact that they say they're fighting for justice and freedom.If you want freedom then stop playing the game there you go problem solved some people take this game way too serious yes of course we know that its Unixmad and Stefan getting the dough and making the staff manage it how Stefan and Unix want it to be managed they need their "Bread".But its not just how they're forced to manage it,It's also the lack of good staff most of the people they hire aren't even mature and on top of that it seems like to get hired into a staff position you need to brown nose someone with high authority or join a known staff guild,They aren't "Looking" like they say they are it's all a popularity contest imo now I'm ranting and I may be going off topic so I'll leave it at that.

They rarely hire anybody qualified anymore and wave off the ones that are. And yeah your right. Its an elitist caste system, with the staff requirements being: date staff, staff guild, famous guild, or staff friend and possibly, major forum member.
