Slow day? Good job on PBP
 

I noticed it's been kind of a slow day on the boards, so i'd like to give credit where it's due. Over the past 2 days i've noticed it's a lot more reasonable to take out someone with a PBP (this gun makes bad players look good..). Normally, when you throw a high powered gun like the PBP in the mix with a BAR its pretty hard to find a way out, especially in tight areas like Lethal Securities. But so far, the m4 hasn't failed :).

I'm still not big on 'if i make 2 mistakes in movement when i'm engaged with a PBP player i'm dead', but whatever.

Anyway, kudos on the changes!

Most people with M4 and bar prefer the M4 for basing because of its mobility.

I use it all around basing and defending. It's a lot easier now to eliminate the PBP / BAR users and start grinding in on the people with weaker weapons.

M4 sounds like it's become a pretty balanced weapon.

M4 is probably one of the best balanced weapons, if not THE best, on the iEra server, imo. I, however, like the BAR more for basing just because of its power and spammy-ness. 'Cause let's face it, basing can get boring at times, and maybe you're doing something else like watching tv, surfing the web, etc. It's just easier with the bar to stand in a good spot and hold the fire button down, or do the trick where it keeps firing on its own. This way you it's a lot easier for those of us who like to multitask. And I also think the BAR has gained back some of its mobility recently. It isn't as good as when it was first released, but it's getting better, imo.

Anyways back to the actual topic. The PBP is overpowered. I don't think the time between shots is long enough. If it was increased a bit, I might be able to outmaneuver it a little easier. And an M4 should have no trouble outmaneuvering a PBP.

M4's pretty awesome, considering I got it for free, but now I really want pbp :O
