But anyways, not to be a douche: I respect the Xbox 360 but the bonus things you have to purchase on top of it just to get the experience makes it hard to enjoy the Xbox 360

And im not gonna lie: The kinect looks fun c: So ill give microsoft credit where its due. However, the kinect is not at its full potential so theres poor detection of movement in these upcoming hardcore games

Xbox. I hate the PS3 controls and the Xbox has some awesome games that aren't on the PS3.

Compared to the playstation move, which didnt even attempt to differentiate from the wii and putt a ball ontop of a nunchuk and painted it black? And what bonus material? I use my kinecf alot and hve 0 problems.

Xbox. Sony should stick to making **** speakers.

They make good tvs too, ironicly my xbox is hooked up to a 50" inch sony flat screen.

Better hardware: PS3. No competition.
Better games: Xbox, but not by a lot. PS3 is starting to reach the limit as to how much they can milk out of series' like Ratchet and Clank.
Better online: Xbox would be better than PS3 if it was free.

I laughed at this, it's almost like you said Microsoft was making consoles before Sony!

I've had mine for over three years and have never gotten the red ring of death. I think people don't tell the full story when they get it. Maybe they leave their Xbox on too much or play too long.

First off, the PS move is plastic garbage. At that time, Sony gave up on it (I hope) and decided to go back to old-style controller gameplay.

Second, you need to purchase XBL Gold every year. I don't care what the damn price is: I shouldn't place more money on what i purchased as a full console itself. Online service should be both good and free. Having to pay for what makes half of the console makes the xbox experience utter garbage when you're stuck with a silver account. You can't have xbox without online. It doesn't work.

Heres an example: How would you like it if you bought a wii but it costs you a yearly subscription to use the wii remote or to play the virtual console games you purchased?

Xbox Live Silver should have online gameplay and Xbox Live Gold should have exclusive features that compliments on top of the Xbox Live service like Playstation plus. for PS Plus you get:

-Free games
-Free 60 minute in-game trials
-Discounts
-Access to Betas and other exclusive content

But for Xbox Live Gold you get:

-Internet Connection for Xbox 360 games (Which should have been entirely free from the start, especially for XBL silver members)

-Dumbed down applications of services you can access on your computer (for PS3 its free but for Xbox, you need a gold subscription for this. Plus, theres an extra subscription fee for the services on top of that... What!?)

-Video Cam (Something you prefer much doing on an ordinary computer)

-Early access to betas, demos, discounts, etc. (something of which playstation plus already does plus adds more free content upon that [DLC and full games] for a lower price)

And don't tell me is because they got a greater service. Thats what you should expect from every next-generation console. Hell, the PS3's internet is very good and so far within the first half of the year, i experienced no crashes.

Third, from titles like Sonic Free Riders and Star Wars Kinect: The kinect isn't at its full potential at the moment. The only game that it strucks perfectly against are the launch titles and the dance games (Thats what im seeing at the moment). This is due to the required spacing needed for the Kinect in order to play certain games. To be honest, Its best played in a living room.

Overall I enjoy my PS3 (actually PC, but this is about consoles) the most out of all of my gaming systems.

Better hardware: PS3.
Better games: Neither, both have their brand-only games that are awesome. You like Halo, I like Resistance. You like Gears of War, I like Killzone.
Better online: Neither, both have their ups and downs. Lag appears on both just like host migrations.

Anyone who wants to claim one is better than the other is an idiot or just ignorant.

Maikeru, my PS Move is very responsive, and I had no problems with it (unlike my Wii) in the few games I played. Same thing for my Kinect. You can't compare the two since it's two different types of gaming and detection.
