No don't do this.. There are lots of admins who do alot, but do things we dont see directly in graal. (bug fixes etc.) This might hurt them because they feel they've done alot and no one knows it, so they won't be picked..

ALL admins who want their job, do their job, so im saying No this could (not saying it will) cause jelousy between several staff members which could cause chaos....
