GFX that i'm making :p

dont use gradient/pillow shading, dont use such similar dark colors, the face on the hat is barely visible close up, in game it will seem all black, same with the mace axe thing, the sharp edge at the topes barely visible.

also for the sword, its best not to make it so....boxy, like make the handle more rugged and bumpy, and the blade less flat.

Round of the bottom of the mask, make the bells so they're the same on both sides, shade the black more noticeable, and add a bit of color into the eyes/mouth.

The sword is good. Well shaded. Looks a bit flat, though. Not much actual detail. Other than that, not much that could be done to it, besides making it into a full sprite sheet

The handle is off-centered on the axe. I'd make the head of the axe a bit thicker, not as thin as it is now. In the graal setting, we don't look at our weapons from a top-down perspectve. I don't know if that's what you were trying to accomplish with the addition of the metal on the top part of the axe, or not (probably not). But, if that's the case, it would have to be on both top, and bottom. I do like it however :) Not much shading issues to be dealt with.

If someone has been doing pillow shading, what would you advice them to do instead?
