Head Stealing

I was making a head, and was looking for a head template to use.
I searched up Graal head template, and I came across a website with my old head on it.

Copyright:Only upload graphics which you have made yourself or got the ok from the maker of the graphic.

Now I guess iClassic admins at least try to delete stolen heads right?
Its not easy to tell which heads are stolen or not, but I'm frustrated that my old head was put on websites without my consent. Please find a way to fix this admins. :\

Watch, now people will go on about the graal code of conduct on the official website which the average iphone player doesn't get to see.

This has been said time and time again. 'Once it's uploaded to graal it belongs to graal and blablabla'

If you had known that fact before you uploaded your head you probably wouldn't have uploaded it. Since you didn't know the rule there goes your head...

It's Eurocenter's now.

should I crash the domain?

yes all uploads belong to graal "and blablabla". but thats the point. It belongs to Eurocenter. it never belonged to the person who posted it on a website. and last time i checked, Eurocenter never gave anyone permission to put their graphics on a private website.

Eurocenter apparently owning your pixel art is only valid if the original creator uploads it. If I uploaded a new head I made on the forums which hasn't been previously uploaded to graal. Then someone steals it and uploads it, it can technically be removed because I didn't personally upload it.

Assuming you have the time, money, and experience to go through a lengthy copyright lawsuit in a foreign country. You don't.

Pfft. You have no idea how it works do you? You don't go to court unless the other party wants to challenge the infringement claim, If eurocenter got a cease and desist or something of that nature they would delete the graphic. No way they would go to court to keep a little personal upload.

You could easily remove the name.

Would a thief remake the entire head for the death animation

They don't need to remake the whole thing, just take your name out of the death animation....
