Rainbows: Guild Transfer

Well I decided I want to get into a guild so I decided I'd go to my old one; Rainbows. However the leadership has changed, the new leader quit and the old one is inactive. I contacted the co-leader to see if he would like to start up the guild again and he said yes. Can we have the guild transferred to mine or his account, if so who do we contact?
