How do I upload a custom in the correct format?

Yea it was time for me to upload a custom, lol. :D
Since I'm a total noob at uploading things, I'd like to ask some stuff. :unsure:

Well yea, I used Paint to recolor/recreate a Head, now I want to use GIMP to animate it.

Well I don't want to have a white background when I get the head, so please give me some answers. ^-^

Make the background black, then when you come to upload it 'Set Transparency'

And sometimes what Kiko said does not work. You can use a color that is not in the photo for background and click transparency, if that does not work then you can use the magic wand and mash ctrl x. :D Have fun!!

You are talking to the gif queen. All my heads get declined lol, -flashing images blah blah blah- anyways. All you do basically, or what I do is you add layers and recolor them. Or to make to a head blink you would fill in the eyes with the skin or eye shadow tone on each layer. Ex
start with point A, eyes open
point B, first line of the eye is closed on the next layer
Point C, next line of the eye is closed on next layer,
then keep going until eyes are all the way closed.
But before you do that I copy the open layer and paste that 10+ times over the final closed eye layer, therefore it will be time in between the blinking. on gimp you have to LOOP it. If not your head will blink one time and one time only for the entire time you have it. Good Luck. xoxoxo

Ps:Oh and If you want to blur your heads while you are dancing are when you say mad you go to the last 3 heads before you die and you use the selection tool and blur them. Also you do not make these sections of the head blink unless you just want them too, it is not really mandatory. Lol. I also change the color of the heads. YOU MUST DO THIS ON THE FIRST LAYER OR IT SHALL NOT WORK-SHOW UP ON GAME-

Np, and on gimp just erase the .png and put .gif and then all the options about looping and stuff will come up, dont mash save, mash save as.

Thanks, but the animation is kinda slow when I watch it in internet explorer. :O
Can't I speed it up? Even using the miliseconds thing doesnt really work as I thought.

Eh, this is why I hate gimp I usually go somewhere in between 2500-3000 ms...but that is for eye blinking, if this is a flashing head then you go a lower number, the lower the faster. and yes all you need to do to is open it and click save again make it animation blah blah and change the miliseconds

Actually I want the eye blinking to be fast, lol.
when I set it to 10 ms its still showing slowly in internet explorer >.<
