Lucid Dreams

So yeah I was wondering if you guys had ever had a "lucid dream" where ou could control things inside your dream. If you have, lets discuss them!

One time I had a lucid dream when I was 4 and I loved pokemon and I was a pokemong and could go anywhere and do anything I want (Noobish IKR)

Now you post yours!

A luciddream is a kind of dream you can control. A dream is something that your head imagines but in a lucid dream you can command it

Ive done all the strategies and tips to have one but I have never had one in my life. Most of the time I dont ever remember my dreams anyways (Last one I remember was like 2 months ago vaguely) so whatever lol.

Likewise.

People who tend to play a lot of games (too many), tend to have more control over their dreams or having flying dreams more often. Mind you, in a lucid dream your subconscious and your idea of 'how things work' tend to work against you a bit.

As such I can fly/levitate in Lucid dreams very often, but doesn't mean its not without a challenge (ie: falling, limited durations, requiring to do something specific to initiate it). Phobias can also screw around in lucid dreams (or dreaming in general)

Acrophobia; when I encounter something like a narrow pathway with no railings (or gaps) that is well suspended off of the ground. It becomes extremely difficult to walk no matter how easy it should be, I end up being forced to crawl instead, as if the gravity was cranked up or my legs failed me.

Acrophobia - sounds like something I would have. Can you give a real life example of a narrow pathway that would induce the phobia? I think this might have happened to me.

I tried lucid dreaming once and fell into sleep paralysis.
Worst night I ever had.
It felt so real and I didn't know I was dreaming. :/
