If I was you, I wouldn't do it in level editor... Either get a Server or work for one, several advantages:
-easier upload system
-having the ability of make/add and edit weapons
-and Gs2

You can't play sounds serverside. Just clientside. I bet you ment to do it on a server instead of in the editor.

Does it work on a video? Or I should add setimg(movie.//which extensions are available?); or I should do play() for videos?

There's no support for playing anything other than audio files.
