GP - FAQ
Dear Graalians-Community,
By virtue of the same Questions from Players i made a GP - FAQ
1. Why is the Player not banned after my report?
Solely for their own protection can not a Player simply be banned due a report. Such messages are checked out from his side only once, to prove that really offend against the Rules, not only an unwelcome teammate was reported. For your protection Players will be banned under inspection by the evidence.
2. What are the duties of the GP's?
The Tasks of the GP are to answer your questions and try to solve your problems as simple as possible. It is also the task of looking for Cheaters, and Hackers and to ensure that the general rules are observed on the servers.
3. why cant GPs fix the bugs?
For them it is not possible to check certain things, to be able to say whether there really is a mistake. Likewise, they are not even possible, to resolve such an error.
4. Why is a GP not responding to me or why does it take too long?
The main principle of our GPS is that all the in-game questions will be answered. Here you have to spend just a little patience at times, because in addition to the one message that sends us a Player, are still a number of other messages from other players. Therefore, it may take some time for the individual also. One thing is certain - each PM will be answered, even though it can sometimes take based on the number of PMs in one or the other Players a little longer.
5.why doesnt the gp give me hats and stuff when i ask him/her?
The reason why they don't do this is quite simple. They do not want to interfere with these things in the Game. Such things would otherwise bring an advantage for one Player and this is not intentional. Similarly, one can well imagine that would not only ask a Player then, but many more. 6.Does the GP earn any Money?
No, the "work" as a GP is voluntary, which means they dont earn Money. each has his own Reasons why he makes this Work, like that they help that Players are playing by the Rules,...
