Another Way To Contact Admins?
 

Is there any other way to talk to staff besides email? If they only will give graalians their email, there should be another way to contact them. For example, one time I emailed a staff member (won't say who) and they didn't email me back for 2 weeks. There should be something like aim, and every staff member has one. If someone always spams them, the staff member could block that person. So maybe, all the staff should have an aim account that graalians could contact them on, because you can block someone on aim.

Steal their phone number

You'd never see this on any other game lol.

Pming them in game works pretty well :l

I won't make an extra AIM, Skype, ... account just that you can PM me. Use either graalians, PMs or the extra accounts staff have been telling you (as example e-mails, FB, ...)

I know, but look. I really needed to contact snk, and he said he was going to do something for me. So I emailed him 2 weeks ago and he still never emailed me back. So thats pretty much why I was thinking that admins should have an aim. Callimuc, I understand that admins probably wouldn't want to make an extra account

Um, if someone emailed me and I don't/too busy to reply, I won't reply to there other spam email...

I've had this numerous times, but they're so busy sometimes they just forget..

You could try by their home phone number.

I think its really annoying that I can't instant message blizzard employees.

My questions and criticisms are obviously more important than whatever they're doing.

1) write a message on a piece of paper
2) go to the post office
3) shove it up your ass

So much for not saying who.

Be happy they reply at all, yea I think all staff should try to connect With the community on here and / or Facebook, but they don't have to make a account and check it instead of just using email.
