Paintball
 

I had an idea that buzzed in my head for ages now, a paintball event. This event would be very similar to laser tag, team-work and co-operation. I know many people have probably thought of this before and I know it's probably been discarded because of its similarity with laser tag so I thought I would make this post to see what you guys think we can do to make it different. I already done a little gfx to cover the paintball guns and ammo which I'll post later. But please post what the settings can be, a forest, an old urban town. Feel free to express your opinion.

If anyone can think of arenas where players can play the paintball in that would be fantastic, I could do a temporary gmap type of thing and set everything up to get a rough feel of what it would be like

So... an event in a game that emulates guns where the event emulates a sport that emulates guns...?

would take a while scripting but i have not doubt in my mind that snk wouldn't be able to do it

But in fact- paint ball is same as laser tag... But I would go with a game similar to it ~ one shot and your dead... This way raiders won't be afraid to raid haha

It's not hard to script.

Ideas like that make me happy. I though instead of the levels being all black and red/gray we can do cool sceneries and maybe mini objectives. Like...thi say be over dramatic but it's an example, dog tags from MW3 kill confirmed or something. Honestly idk.

oh if I was the one making the level, I'd make it in the Forest or a parking lot heh

Agreed, I'll leave that to the professionals. Right now I'm making images to Putin the battlefields like props. Containers etc, I made some badass container and it looks pretty good to me bear in mind I'm new to gfx
