Are staff going to pick their friends or are they actually being random and picking people they don't really know and can handle the job. I really do wish they would do the applications because people took time on it.

I was wondering if staff choose u as an admin.. How u gonna know they will pm or email ?

Staff choose people based on how they interact with other players.

Wel they are kinda picking people at random. It depends on your behavior in the game.

But from what I can see players are being all jolly and acting nice lol.

Ok but how they will email it or pm to whoever been chosen ?

Street or someone else will pm or email. Just relax, trust their judgement.

I can tell you that the people I recommended are not necessarily people that I know very well but I felt that they were the best suited for the job, also they aren't really well known either. If someone is hired I believe street will contact them in game or by email and he will also probably post a list on here of whos hired.

if you get hired you will either recieve an email or be notified in game from a PRA.
