Something to think about during this hiring Period
 

So now that Era is hiring everyone is seen being nice and willing to help. Others are making it known that they want to be Pr by putting it all over.

Nice change in attitude eh?

We'll after reading some of the comments below, it somewhat clearer now how they are going about with this. But the main point of this thread doesnt change.

For all those at the strt park, people who would be willing to help others would'nt expect anything in return except for a few "thank you"s and that good feeling you get when you have just made a difference.

However, Seeing alot of people with a change attitude and are now wanting to help, why not sit back and enjoy this hiring period while it lasts.

If u have questions, feedback, love or hate, hit me up in game or post it.

They do watch everyone a lot when they wern't hiring, I'm sure they've gott someone in there head

Typing in a bigger font size with different font doesn't help convey your point, just makes you look ******ed.

Am i seeing somethin differently than you because the font size looks pretty uniform to me.

They have a hiring short list already prior

They will hire new admins in this week ?

I think they can check logs to see how players have helped. Such as "can you help me?" pms that are answered with legit, reasonable answers. Of course, they can't check everyone's logs, so they probably check off of recommendations from other players or staff members

Ok i checked this post on my computer and it looks way different from my ipod. i dont even know why it is in bold. and size 4 doesnt even look that big on my ipod to begin with.

But hey if it really pisses u off that much ill change it.

now that i think about it. i think theres a glitch on this post because what i wrote doesnt even look close to what it looks like on the computer. What i see here is clean and normal and small

I think players are getting confused by the we will randomly hire part; they think we are going to just pick a handful of lucky players off the street that want to be PRs .__.

Yeah i think your gonna have to clarify how you are going to go about and pick because if ou o back and read the news it kind of sounds like that.
