Water is a liquid, therefore water is wet.

Water is wet, based on the definition of "wet".

I don't really think so. I think an item is wet when water gets on it though.

I think you would call an item wet when it is like paint or glue that has not dried yet. When it's water, it's not going to dry so I don't consider it wet.

Other question; if something is under water, is it wet?

And water isnt wet i agree with happy cat because water can't dry, When something is cover in water it is wet, water cant be wet on it's own.
And you can't make water wetter

If you pour water which makes things wet on water is it wet then?
