Can you be jailed for iFile using, because someone stole oweos head then said "I STEAL CUSTOMS FROM IFILE!"

Staff can't do anything for several reasons.
Custom Stealing is Legal but unfavorised, yet again staff cannot check every upload date and who uploaded which the first.

just like players donating graphics for the train station or cinco de mayu or what not, once they are uploaded, it belongs to graal and not to any individual player

when you upload a custom to iEra, it no longer belongs to you.

I don't play Era, but using a file browser isn't illegal, so no.

It is only illegal if you get caught, but even then it isn't illegal since you are not effecting the game play of another player.
On the other hand, using ifile to take files and upload them for yourself, it doesn't give yourself a good rep with part of the iEra community.

New rule:If player heads can be stolen,admin heads can be too..

We're more strict about staff heads for obvious reasons. If a player uploaded a staff head, they could impersonate that staff and trick other players into believing they are staff and scam/recieve account details from others.

But the thing is, a staff member uploaded the troll head, now none of us can use it. I bet there's loads of players who'd want it. I bet the head isn't even used.

We don't accept meme heads anymore. Not sure why, might be copyright infringemennt of some sort. But that means staff can't use them either. But I use head18.png, and anyone else can use it, so that's not always the case.

Most of the staff doesn't even have a custom head...

I just meant as soon as a staff uploads a head, it automatically becomes illegal. It's just a little un-fair, but I respect the rules.

It would be possible to make it so ifile users are unable to play, but Stefan would never do it.
