Please don't tell kinda ruins the fun, but if you think about it everything matches for ex. If you have the green coat go to daphne in the FASHION shop..

First get the chef's hat behind speedy pizza next to dippin donuts.
Next get into dippin donuts and grab Stefano, he'll give you a scarf.
Go to the top roof of Core Electronic's and give it to "Witch", she'll give you a rubbon.
Give the rubbon to Arlene in Arlene's Fashion Shop. She'll give you a green coat.
Give the green coat to the body shop next to lethal, she/he'll give you the bible.
Give the bible to Owen in the church, he'll tell you to go to the Sewer next to Tachi.
Enter it, kill those evil teddy's and grab the key. Go to the shop and enjoy.

theres empty tables and a blocked off room, so theres probably more to come..
