"Idea/Creative - Admins"
 

No offense to anybody personally but all these new updates just aren't as good as how it used to be when iEra first released. I think you guys should hire people simply for their ideas and creativity, all of the current gfx admins are amazing at what they do but it seems you guys are deprived of original ideas for weapons/shops etc. In MY opinion, you guys have the right people to do it - just lame ideas. I don't get as excited for new updates anymore like I use to because all of em are just... To be frank, whack. Hope nobody takes this personal, just a thought and my opinion.

We love to take a look at well done suggestions which have not been suggested thousands of times

They don't need to hire people tho, they can still rode around forums looking for something to do, or getting idea's from us.
And yeah as Callimuc said too, graalians usually spam the same idea which get them bored to do it.

Lol they can go to pc players who smoke weed erryday and ask them for ideas if you want some of that "exciting/weird content"

Then try to get a small team together to form it and present it to snk (when you see a good idea that you think shouldn't be ignored.) Many of the times even if he denies the idea at first, it's because of the way he sees it be put together. He may think it'll look tacky if it gets put in the server, so you have to put it together with an iEra-styled edge that will appeal to him.

Anyway, whenever I would look for an idea, it was kind of like a needle in a haystack with looking for a new idea with penitential.

Lol iera grows the weed on weed trees which can be brought and grown in graalians houses and then it gets shipped off to PC =P simples

Personally, I actually do agree... iEra has great staff in every staff position there can be, but they need creative and new ideas that will last in peoples minds for a while, not little crappy ideas that, most of the time, have things overpriced in gralats.

Goon, wouldn't it be a better start to this thread if you suggested some wacky original ideas?
