My weapon is in perfect shape but still has its average damage.How do I get higher damage.

It doesn't work with all weapons.

No, I think. Because I bought mine at 7 damage and upgraded 4 weeks later and it still does 7 damage.

Wait until its in a good shape, then go to Ozzy's repair shop and upgrade it again. This way it won't cost you an extra fee.
