The green/white striped beanie from st patricksday 2011 or 2012, not sure.
It isn't on your head anymore when you pull upwards.

Melee Weapon Regen
Add mystical weapons, which regain 1-2% of damage done to your HP. For example a Dagger that hits 8 Damage and regens 1% will give you 0,08 HP back.
I got this Idea from the Zodiac Server on PC.
