First you complain that the graphics team only does graphics for hats and such(things players can actually use) and now you're complaining none of the stuff in the town is for actual use?

Anyways my point stands. You said the only thing graphics team does is release new hats and such, and the town shows that's wrong. Maybe it does take another year for a new town, but there's more work involved in creating an entire town with content then just graphics.
