Yeah, Ebizou does have a few things that other gangs don't, but they're the top gang (based from stats), and apparently snk wants to reward them for it.

more than a few, and they shouldnt have anything, they have the recognition of the stats, thats their reward. they arent doing anything for the game, they dont deserve it, and snks just doing what he wants, we all know it.
